Our Story
Growing up in India, I learnt to make traditional Indian dishes from my mom and mastered cooking techniques that have been passed on generation to generation. I have developed a passion for cooking since my high school days and have since worked in community kitchens here in the US and more recently at Costco as Deli and Bakery Assistant.
We make everything in small batches from our home base in Bothell. To achieve optimal flavor, our products age from one week to two months, making every pickle worth your patience.
